Current Shipping Policy
We are inclined to administer our shipping to the best advantage to our customer possible. Under current circumstances, we are attempting to keep our prices as much in line with UPS standards as possible. Our UPS Ground Shipping rates as follows:$0.01 to $100.00 is $6.95
$100.01 to $200.00 is $9.95
$200.01 to $300.00 is $12.95
$300.01 to $400.00 is $15.95
$400.01 to $500.00 is $18.95
$500.00 and over is $21.95
We also offer 3-Day Select Service at $22.95 and 2nd Day Air at $32.95
Upon occasion, we may ship selected orders via United Postal Service as an optional method.
We will continue to adjust these to match UPS fuel surcharge rates and assume with you the next changes will be downward.

Returns and Exchanges
BeyondTheLinks.com is committed to customer satisfaction. We are 100% committed to making your transaction with us as pleasurable as possible. If for some reason you need to return or exchange a product please contact us to receive a return authorization.Return authorization is required from BeyondTheLinks.com for all returned merchandise. We only accept returns on un-used articles of clothing in exchange for a different size item.
Cancellation Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it will be treated as a return and the above Return Policy applies. To cancel an order you must CALL our service department. E-mails are not accepted for cancellations. If a customer refuses delivery of an order, shipping and return fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.Pricing Errors
We have had customers call us with questions about unusual prices on some of our items. This is a rare occurrance but with the number of items we have for sale and the frequency that prices are changing, we are prone to missing a digit occassionally. With this said we do reserve the right to inform you of any gross pricing errors and will change your order to the corrected price or allow you to cancel the order. Equally, if you have purchased an item by mistake, we will work with you to correct the order or refund your money. We want you as a customer and want to treat you fairly as well.Liability Disclaimer

Beyond The Links attempts to process all orders the day the order is received. Prompt Order Processing is just good business and good customer service. However we are only prepared to handle orders to the contiguous United States. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada but we must verify shipping rates to these areas prior to accepting all orders.
