Who qualifies for a wholesale account? Anyone that runs a store and has a resellers permit. Back to top How do I sign up for a wholesale account? You go to our Wholesale Signup page and fill out the form, after the form is filled out we will verify your application and send you instructions on how to access our wholesale area to start placing wholesale orders. Back to top Is there a dropshipping program available? At this time we do dropshipping on a case by case basis. If you would like us to consider your company for dropshipping please call the number in our Conact Us area and ask for Valarie Skovron. Back to top Is there a minumum order size? Our minumum order size is currently 24 pieces. Back to top How long does it take to get a wholesale account activated? Our review of your application takes 2 to 3 business days. If it has already been 3 business days you may use the Contact Us form provided or you may use the number in the Contact Us area to call and inquire about your application. Back to top How are wholesale orders placed? There are 3 ways you may place your wholesale order once your wholesale account has been created with us. You may call it in, fax it in, or you can order the products through our wholesale area on the website. The quickest turn around is when our automated website area is used as it places the order directly into our shipping queue. Back to top What shipping methods are available? We ship by FedEx Ground, FedEx, USPS, UPS, & DHL depending on size, weight, destination, and customer’s needs. Back to top How are shipments tracked once shipped? All packages are insured and able to be tracked by our office. For information on your shipping status please contact us. Back to top Am I contacted when the order is shipped? We ask for e-mail addresses in order to notify you that your order left the warehouse. Back to top What do I do if I haven't recieved my shipment? If a package is not received by the customer within 2 weeks after notice of ship date, you must contact us. Back to top What do I do if my shipment isn't recieved on time? If the customer requests special handling and/or shipping, and it is not received on time, please contact us. Back to top How am I charged for my order? Beyond The Links requests payment by credit card unless other arrangements have been made. Back to top How can I make different payment arrangments? These arrangements must be worked out with Valarie Skovron. Please contact us to speak with her. Back to top How long does it take to ship an order small to medium sized order? Orders are normally filled within 2 weeks, unless order is extremely large and special requests are made, such as personalized logos, etc. Back to top How long does it take to ship a large order? Large orders usually require 2-4 weeks. Back to top When will I be notified of when my order will be shipped? Approximate ship date will be given within 48 hours of placing an order. Back to top Am I charged for shipping and handling? Shipping and handling will be charged. Back to top Can I have logo's added to the Beyond The Links products? Custom logos are a specialty for Beyond the Links. This process requires custom digitizing and programming. If customer has a correct disc, there is usually no charge for digitizing.
